Unfortunately this is not possible. Each design requires the creation of a unique embroidery file and between one to three samples which makes it both too expensive and time consuming given the amount of requests I receive on a weekly basis.

Yes! Following the instructions laid out in our return policy it is possible to return your items within 14 days and get a refund.

We have two fulfillment facilities in Europe and two in the US. If you order from Europe your order will be stitched and sent from within Europe. If you order from the US everything will be prepared in the US. Should you live outside of the US or Europe we ship from whichever facility can offer the shortest delivery time to your home.

We ship to all countries worldwide except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea. Shipping is free on all orders. An overview of our country specific shipping times can be seen here. Once your order has been sent out you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.

The embroidery can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle with the water temperature no higher than 30 degrees Celsius (80 degrees Fahrenheit). Only use strong detergent and non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary. For drying we strongly suggest hang-dry. If the embroidery needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.
